We organised our activity at Göztepe Premises of Marmara University through the mediation of our valuable member Prof. Dr. İnci Erdem Artan and with Marmara Entrepreneur Women’s Club. İnci Erdem, who ensured that both the wonderful activity area of the Business Administration Faculty is made available to us and Dean Prof. Dr. Nuran Cömert, Vice Dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Başçı and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gül Eser come in person and contribute to our game, assumed facilitation of the activity.

Hatice Kıraç, Head of Marmara Entrepreneur Women’s Club, managed to organize an event where male student participation was also significant. The solutions found by the 28 students participating in our game to the problems and their approaches refreshed our hopes about the future. Male students commented that “they noticed the underrepresentation of women particularly in politics and the fact that zipper quota method is important” and “the business and politics mainly composed of men may lead to unfavorable results that affect the overall society”.
