The last ChangEquality in Work university event of the SAGE project was performed in Galatasaray University with Women in Business Club. The posters for the activity were hung weeks in advance and shared on social media. Melek Sine Berkem, Gül Üstün, and Azize Namdar played the ChangEquality in Work game with 15 students. In this activity, the most discussed topic was the gender-based inequalities in income and promotion.

The surprise of a student was reflected in his words “It never occurred to me that financial discrimination could be made in future to those employees who start to work in the same period with the same title. I would never guess women earn less than men in equal jobs. I have never thought that priority is given to men in the promotion process.” which virtually emphasized the importance of the awareness created by these activities.
