The activity we held at Florya Premises of Istanbul Aydın University was achieved with the contributions of the valuable academic member Dr. Tülin İrge and the Women in Business Club. We played the ChangEquality game with 30 students in the event where Zehra Canfesci, our treasurer, and Azize Namdar, were present on behalf of our association.

One of the questions in the ChangEquality game was about the rank of Turkey in the WEF’s gender gap index. The international indicators drew the attention of the students. The following statements “I would never guess Turkey was at bottom ranks in women’s employment (131th among 149 countries)” showed us once again the benefit of our initiative”.

Students of Aydın University wanted to repeat the activity in September. However, we could not find the opportunity to fulfill their demands due to tight schedule of the project.
